A 50% deposit is required to begin planning services, with the balance due 30 days before travel. All payments are processed securely and are non-refundable except as specified in our cancellation policy.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 60+ days before travel: 75% refund. Cancellations made 30-59 days: 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days: No refund. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Savvy Travel Pursuits acts as an intermediary between clients and travel suppliers. We are not liable for acts, errors, or omissions of third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators.

5. Travel Documentation

Clients are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, and health documentation. We provide guidance but cannot guarantee entry to any destination.

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, political events, or health emergencies.
